Just curious what everyone is doing to get shredded for summer...

AAS/DIETS/WORKOUTS?

my buddy is just finishing a 16weeker 300mgs deca wk /75mgs of winni tabs ED/100-150mgs of T-3.... he's not shredded but about 10%bf
 
Diet: Carb cycling, everyday low with a carb up e4d, unless I feel i need a carb up sooner. Usually the tell tale signs, irritable and lower energy.

Workout: 1 hour of fasted cardio every morning, 4-5 workouts a week in the afternoon depending on schedule and how I'm feeling.

supplements: selios test prop, masteron, tren ace (300mg/300mg/600mg per week). Riptropin 2iu with fasted cardio, 2iu with late afternoon or pwo.
 
diet: calorie cycling (-> carb cycling)
gym: 4 times a week for 45min
cardio: 4-5 times a week depending how I feel. I do cardio for 2-3 hours, walking 6km/h.
I never diet for 20w or something like that... I have no patience for that.


My last 4 weeks of diet... I go 12w... 4w light, 4w moderate, 4w hard!
 
I'm bulking, but I tend to stay fairly lean so my abs may be blurred a bit but they will still be visible. 6500 - 7000 calories per day all summer.

I can't even imagine eating that many calories in a day.

Trying to do a recomp

12 Week blast
500mg Test C
450mg Mast E

2400 calories, High protein, low carbs/fats
Exercise is 6 days a week, cardio 5 days a week.

Doing research on Winny . I think I will stick with tren for summer .
Diet is spot on . Now .
Cardio , cardio , cardio
 
Low Test/Moderate Tren, 25-50mcg of T3 and IF dieting.

End of this month, I'll:
Raise the Tren a bit,
Cut carbs more,
Add a little more cardio,
Add Clenbuterol. Works like a charm for me.
 
500 MG SUS, 400 MGS TREN, 4UI PER DAY, CARDIO UPON WAKING UP IHR, 4 MEALS 4 SHAKES, WEIGHT TRAIN M-F
 
I'm cruising on test e and tren e 100/100, doing about a dozen raw eggs and eating pretty strict....cardio on most mornings...clen 2 days on, 2 off....I like that better than the two week rotation, but anyways....

Come late july I'll probably blast but for now just enjoying the cruise!!
 
What u guys think would be the best 6 week blast to aid with getting low % bf while building/ maintaining muscle

I was thinking prop at 100mg eod and 100mg teen ace eod and adrol+ dbol 50mg of adrol and 25mg of dbol each day all with eca thru out
 
I'll add 2 weeks of T-4 to my 5ius, then a week of T-3 with just 5 days of .04 clen plus a hit of LR3 once or twice a week. This will get me to 5% by mid may.
Switching to 500test, 200tren and 1000 primo w- some proviron for the summer.
Never been on a diet ???

I'm about to finish my cycle in couple of weeks then PCT and hopefully with GH and then 8-10iu/day with carb cycling diet and cardio 5-6 days/week.

sity what do you consider low carbs?

i am going to vegas on saturday and going to be by the pool sat and sunday. thinking of very low carbs wed thurs friday then just eating normal the rest of the weekend.

just want to be extra super shredded...i know i know what a tool ha.
 
Im doing some t3, that should just keep the fat from gaining since I will be going to a bbq/party every weekend for the next couple months and eating like a fucking pig.
