Personally , I think you sound like a D- I- C- - K . Your exactly the kind of gym member I try to avoid at the gym . The younger crowd with the tap- out T- shirts that work out in the evening close to the gym closing . If I can get my ass up sooner to workout to avoid this crowd I would .

most of you guys here think nothing of a dumbell curl with a 65 lb dumbell.

The Belts Only worn for one reason to keep the 20lb dumbbell curls from unlocking the sphincter and shitting them selves. It is a proven fact. When you strain so hard to do a improper curl and use 20lb dumbbell, a belt will be the only thing to help hold it in. I can only bet that as soon as they took the belts off the smelled like the smothers brothers.
