On a diet
Have to watch football and eat chicken and brown rice
Jacked up on clen with nothing to do
raining its ass of today also
Boards are slow so nothing new to read

but hey only 16 weeks to go.

damn i am at work . then i go home for 1 hour nap then back to other job for 4 hours then cardio for 1 hour. oh only 22 weeks left to go

diet is nothing fancy 7 meals ED weight now is about 277
65g protien
50g carbs
15g fat

How tall are you? u look great in ur pic, but u dont look 277, no offense. I just imagined you were around 5'7 - 5'9.

EDIT: never mind, i just saw a pic of u bulked up, and u look 270. how much did u weigh in the pic u posted here, and height?
