I skimmed the article and quit reading after 2 sentences......do not buy into this nonsense......I will keep it short and sweet.....do 1 more set than you are doing now and call that super accumulation.because thats all it takes at times.
can you go more into detail about your gains? where you on cycle? did you loose strength/weight then put it back on in those 5 off days after the 2 weeks?
