The easy sauce:
1/2 to 1 cup lo-sodium soy sauce (I add a 1/2 cup of water to dilute even more)
Chop all the fresh cilantro you want (I like tons in there)
dice 2-3 green onions
Finely dice a seeded serano chili
Juice from 1/2 lime
Add all ingredients to the soy sauce give a stir and let sit
Grill a flank steak, let rest a few minutes and slice very thin across the grain
Load up a corn tortilla with steak and top with the soy/cilantro/chili sauce
…or for a no carbs version, use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas
