I was told this wouldnt be an issue with the newer formula.
I'm starting with only 1 scoop to be safe.

I go to True Protein, you can get what you want. Either buy pre-mix, or order your own blend. I don't like caffine very much, keeps me up at night when I need quality rest. Prices are much more compatible also. The important thing is what you consume after work out.

I used super pump 250 and liked the workouts I got, but they tasted bad. I'm now using super pump max and the taste is better but I think the boost is weaker.

I've tried both and prefer the super pump 250, only downside was that I stepped up to a triple scoop on a whim and couldn't fall a sleep for about 40 hours.

All gaspari products are junk. When he first started his products were average but honest, now he is part of the screw people make the most money you can bandwaggon just like optimum nutrition.

I find their products to be good quality the same with ONs whey protein too, yes slightly more costly but great quality blends still

I never had a problem getting a pump if my nutrition was on par. Some of these nitros products were actually detremental to my workout, in that I was so jacked after a couple sets it ended my workout. Out of all I've tried I like dark rage for a pumped wkout but mostly run Horsepower which has a large dose of beta-alanine to buffer lactic acid and prolong your set for more muscle trama before the pump sets in. Can't recall which product I was taking that had a dose of L-norvaline in it but remember great results. I'm going to add it as a supp to the horsepower and see what happens as I go for my biggest and best.

i got pretty good workouts from it, and not as much bubble guts from it.

In my experience, Gastrosparti's products are the ultimate laxatives. I'm not one for working out in rubber pants, so I won't be going near them again.

i like superpump max but i wouldn't spend my money on it. i got it for free with a special that was running.

i have more focus than any other pre-work out i have tried (jack3d, white flood, 1mr..) it just doesn't give me the energy i need. i need caffeine since i work night shifts and work out as soon as i get off work.
