I don't necessarily agree with the above mind you.
I've tried to reduce my intake of vitamins/supplements over the past few years
and the only difference I've noticed is my wallets a lot thicker.
A quality protein powder, D3, Zinc/copper and extra C when feeling a cold come on.
That's about it for me. Not a very impressive list or pic for that matter but then I'm
not competing.
I think there's a balance. Definitely a lot of people out there overdoing it. Most of the supplements I take are vitamins and nutrients that are not in the whole foods in my diet.
Balance, consistency and an obsessive mindset. It shows in your transformation Slesh.
You can get almost everything you need through a well planned diet w/o spending a
mint on extra supplements imho.
I’m too stoned on my couch to go stack my supps together. Protein is in the pantry (like 4 tubs?). About 5 various pre workout tubs on the counter. 3 BCAAs on the kitchen table. Super greens and fruits by the fridge. I think that’s it.
