Supplement question for the LADIES

My wife recently started going back to gym, she wants to try and lose a little weight.....i can give her advice when it comes to diet BUT.......what supplements do u ladies advize for say, appetite suppresion, energy, and all those things.....

It doesnt have to be otc supplements, i know id read something about adipex but i wanted opinions

Hey I to will be trying out Ultra Burn.. but I always take triple strength green tea capsules, good boost. They help with weight managment and I also drink geen tea but not to late or my sleep is disrupted x
