Just looking for some extra supplement advice or maybe pointers/personal experiences.

Currently I take Lipo 6, Cytogainer protein, Cellmass by bsn, and I take a Mega-mens sport formula(time release) multivitamin. I also take NO-Shotgun before my workouts but I personally think drinking piss would taste better, anyone tried NO-Xplode, does is taste terrible/work as good as shotgun?

Am I missing anything that anyone would suggest adding in? I'm trying to keep all gains very lean, and stay cut.

This is my opinion and solely mine. I personally think that most of that stuff in your shopping trolley is crap! Are you enhanced or natty?? All you really need is some top quality protein and some carbs that you can add to your shakes. Get a good quality thermogenic or eca and eat a good solid diet. Your money would be better placed spending on real food instead. There would be plenty here that will disagree with me here and that's fine, to each his own. Even if you are a natty the above advice still stands. Sorry forgot to tell you that a good multivitamin is exactly that.....good.
 
Hearing that means a lot man. I don't feel that anythings really noticably different working out with or without supps. Cept when I take my NO im much more vascular during my workouts, as is the guy who works out with me. I try to take them because thats what the "experts" say works. Im not natty, although Im going on my own test right now. Lipo 6 gives me the Lipo-shits so I think it works alright to, but the cellmass doesn't really do anything for me mentally, cept it tastes good so its not hard to continue taking it. Anything you suggest me adding in, like perhaps where i could get those carbs from?

you can add some oats and blend them in wwith your drink. maltodextrin powder is another good source of quick carbs, fruit, etc. all of these can be easily added to protein drinks and bump the taste and calories up. As for what the experts say works, they say what they are paid for to say!!!! Get a hold of Liquid Beef Aminos.......I can't say enough good things about this amazing supplement. I have tried everything at GNC when I was younger and all I can say is "I WANT MY MONEY BACK!"

I like createin, but thats it. I take it off cycle. If your not using AAS (and I commend you for that) stick with a good createin and a good protien powder. other than that, save your money!
For carbs. Eat food. For what food to eat. Read, Read Read! Im glad your not using. Forget the Lipo. You wont look like Marcus! If there is a mental effect to ANY of those supps you listed, its in your head bro. Oldfella told ya right! Spend your hard earned of food!

Try synthepure. You will be amazed by the quality. I am allways adding muscle when using it. It doesn't upset your stomack like other brands do.
 
I've been down the GNC road, and I can tell you, just as nosmas said, "I want my money back."

I've seen more results from eating a clean, carb and protein filled diet, than I have with anything from GNC.

My supplements include:
Muscle Milk Protein
Multivitamin
Fish Oil
CEE Creatine Powder (usually mix with a gatorade)
and lots and lots of food

If you're looking for a good energy boost in the gym, which is what I assume the question about NO-Xplode is for, I like superpump 250. But, I've really given up on all that as I can only tell the slightest difference without it.
 
supplements- less is more

I used to take a lot of GNC and Muscletech products and began paring it down when I noticed that I was relying on them more and more. I have made great gains since going with:

1. A daily multivitamin
2. A vitamin C,
3. Low carb protein powder

I still use glutamine and creatine regularly because I do notice a difference when not using them.

I agree with everyone above- eat more and cleaner food.
 
Sometimes we tend to over complicate things. AAS is one thing but they will never make up for poor diet and poor training! The guys back in the early days did not have all the goodies or badies to take, shit they barely had any real protein powder to use. They did not have any trouble gaining lean mass and for their time they were monsters. All of the garbage out in the market place was invented and designed with one ultimate goal...............to make someone rich!!!!!........not massive, but massively wealthy. All I can say is it worked! Now I'm not saying that all supps are bad, of course they aren't. You just need a good multivitamin, a seriously good protein and maybe some creatine or glutamine, even the last two are are a question mark. Eat a massively solid diet and train hard, not 3hrs a day hard and smart. Some of the chinese herbal alternatives are excellent, but you will need to do your research.
