Potassium gave me the craziest vascularity when i was natty. Throughout highschool id eat almost a pack of bananas per day and had some crazy vascularity. And i played soccer didnt weight train at that time. Didnt know about potassium being a vasodilator. When i started training made sure to hit at least 3500 mg potassium a day and had some insane vascularity. Would take a powder form and ate alot of sweet potatoes in my diet
