Supplementation for endurance ,stamina, focus , and energy. Ideas

I tried to stay away from energy drinks but I am always able to limit it to one a day, pre workout. Back when I was doing better staying away I'd do 1 cup of coffee a day. I feel like it's just a habit or I like taste.

But definitely any stims are bad. My issue is I need more sleep. But I feel like energy drinks are mild to what some are proposing lol.
Ya a monster is like 160 mgs of caffeine. Most preworkout are 300mgs of caffeine plus a bunch of other stims
 
I've never understood pre workouts. Excellent marketing people putting caffeine powder with some vitamin's In a mix slapping a pretty label on it and people buying it up lol. I definitely prefer a monster or a bang or fresh coffee especially when dieting.

I make my own. 5 grams citrulline malate, 5 grams creatine mono, 5 of glutamine. 10 grams eaa’s, 2 tbls liquid glycerol, 1/2 tab cialis taken separate, and some pink lemonade crystal lite. Ocassionally some agmatine or beet root powder. If I need a little boost I take 1/4 of a caffeine tab so 50mg
 
20 ug is about perfect for me. I recommend starting at 10 and experimenting.
I'd agree with starting at 10. I'm guessing 20 is good for you because you take it almost every day and have a bit of a tolerance.

Everyone is different of course. I'm better off around 12 mcg a few times a week. If I take it too often I start feeling a little 'off'.
 
Hell yeah bro. Original is king obviously but 1P works just as well and is much easier to obtain for me currently. Always keep the p cube on deck as well. Specifically penis envy, ohhh boy is that shit strong. The industry is projected to be at a billion in 10 years. Can't wait to see what happens in that time frame. The world needs it, that is for sure. Glad to you know there's a few guys on the board that know what I'm talking about ;)

Is it legal in the us? I don’t use any rec drugs but magic mushrooms. Maybe once or twice a year if that. Lol. I originally got them to see if it would have any medicinal value. I believe micro dosing would work because even using them recreationally it seems my mood and outlook is improved for days if not weeks afterwords. Believe I seen a study on it once that said the same. I have ocd and always wanted to try a ketamine clinic as well. Suppose to knock it right out. Not really the same as shrooms I guess other then both drugs seem to have possible great medicinal benefit but a stigma to them that prevents there use by medical doctors.
 
Peak O2 and beta-alanine. Give both at least one month as they build effectiveness over time. As close to GW OTC I have found.

I've tried just about everything and Kratom has hands down been the best for stamina during workout. Not only for that but for fighting fatigue, depression, anxiety, and sleep problems. I use Natures Cure Kratom brand (the best I have found, and tried many). Usually Green Malay pre-workout and Red Bali when I want to relax and need help with sleep. I'm experimenting with high doses of K2 right now. Most of the stuff being mentioned is for focus and anti fatigue. Being able to safely increase cardio output adds to these. Higher red blood count helps. I wish ITPP was still around.
I love K2 and it’s super cardio protective as well, definitely mix with high dose D3
 
1p-lsd, what the fuck, how did I not know about this? Psychs are definitely the way of the future and with psilocybin now being studied at places like Yale and John Hopkins, we're sure to see some very, very interesting research on the horizon; undoubtedly will be life changing, for many.

Please be careful with the analogs, however; I know someone who took a heroic dose of a psilocin analog and he hasn't been able to deal with life and every day people ever since. I had a similar experience with half an ounce dry of psilocybe cubensis, Thai Pink Buffalo, a notably potent strain. Took a couple months of being on the edge of the universe and knowing I'm just a useless speck to bring me back. All I'm saying is that it is absolutely possible to overdo psychedelics. Their toxicity is actually pretty much zero, but psychological implications can have a lasting impression

so many people say nearly the same thing about microdosing, myself included. Its definitively changed my life for the better. I prefer psilocybin microdose to LSD because even a legit LSD microdose of 20ug will interfere somewhat with my sleep. Not so with 200mg of psilocybin mushrooms and all the benefits.

for a long time i have known cannabids in a very different way then the rest of the world. figuired it out as a medicine on my own and went from there.

after a while the head change part i saw more as a decision as physcadelics particularly cannabinoids are not mentally "intoxicating" like say alcahol. most people smoke weed to get that change. so its there choice to be fucked up ( medical term ) so if you go into the experience with a different mindset then after some getting used to most of that mental part goes away. then you can get into some of the more potentially interesting aspects of cann as a suplement.

in my experience and if you just take a quick look at the landscape ppl put a lot of mystacism and all sorts of bs into there dealings with old uncle cid. most of todays so called experts and the ppl who push for legalization sure do. even i did at times. to investigate and better understand that i took the idea of micro dosing to mega dosing. lol

more then 3 months every day, 150mcg to about a mg and half, normal doses at 500-700, and various dosing schedules. just figuring out the half life activity i had that strong in my system of another month or two.

anyway you cut it i would not put that or its analogs into the really useful pre work out catagoy. i find them more counter productive to good training then useful. while micro dosing on paper i totally get and its interesting in practice, i feel its like its more a put the tip in mentality sort of thing. what you get out is usually what you put in.

I MDd for probably 6 mo on about 10-15ug LSD25 (teamtrust and gammagoblin). PE is a strong strain I capped some ground PE and hid it in a Hawthorne berry bottle. One day before gym/work I meant to take the Hawthorne but took like 4 of the PE capsules. Interesting day. MD lsd felt like tony robbins with a cup of coffee. MD psilo was a lot diff. MDing Racemic K was way more efficient than any of the aforementioned. lsd MD not good for ptsd people, it spiked my norepinephrine levels. I tried to MD with 2cb also lol. in 2017 I took anywhere from 210-500ug 1x per week for 52 weeks. One flew over the cookoos nest. I would sit and listen to psychology and philosophy and theology and occultism lectures and metaprogram my human biocomputer (dr john lilly said it). I used to make my own changa and lace it with DMT . that was the best and most spiritual and forgiving manageable short experience. bliss. I remember I kept having same experience where after ingesting I would look at my gf and I could see her as an alien 3d hologram with a computer motherboard inside of her instead of guts.

mD ARE viable but not lsd for ptsd
everyone needs a heroic dose once in a while - to put things into perspective, and deprogram from the cultural diversion and dogma indoctrination all around us
I can tell when my norepinephrine is up and noradrenaline because most of my entire life I ran on it, I know the symptoms and feel the triggers. I get into murder mode and start scanning my peripherals , my HR becomes erratic, and I experience some disconnect and numbness in extremities, psychological disassociation, paranoia to name a few. I grew up in a warzone, I was programmed to survive, the spokes in those two hormones make me feel like I'm in survival mode sometimes aggressive. I am speaking from vast experience, YEARS, of unlimited amounts of psychedelics of all sorts and new analogues even, novel compounds and old ones.
 
when i asked about the md thing i just meant what is it that you think a very small dose of whatever thing is gona do? then maybe why you think over time this will happen vs say taking all of it in one or a few sittings? do you think its the compound?

on paper there is and was a reason for that one compound being used. its a theory. a theory that is generally supported by small amounts of emerging science and large amounts of cultural mythology it seems.

i also still dont understand the blanket statement of no xyz for ptsd.

i also understand thinking that we know what certain things feel like but real reality is we re kinda just making that all up. even the highest technology is sketchy there.
 
It's changed my life for the better in every way and I'm more focused than I've been in my 35 years on this planet. 1P is nearly identical as far as effects go and legal in most places. It's the single greatest substance I've ever taken for focus and energy. Far superior to amphetamines and other stimulants. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's mind blowing this hasn't caught on in the bodybuilding and fitness world yet.
