Supplementing T4 to keep T3 in check..

So, I just started Tren and I'm 9 weeks out as of this upcoming Monday. I heard through enhanced athlete that if you supplement T4 and you dont have a genetic predisposition that stops conversion to T3 that you can maintain slightly higher levels of T3 while on compounds that can lower your natural production like Tren and HGH.

Do any of you have experience you can share?

I took Nature Throid last year. Got it from my doc. It ate away a lot of musclr and i felt like shit.
 
I've been on T4 for over 20 years. I don't have any conversion issues.....and my dose never changed through all the years that I added in or dropped Hgh.

So that tells me that my body converted what was needed through its own regulation.

I would definitely never take straight T3 by itself. That's a compound that doesn't care what it's burning....fat, muscle, etc.

It doesn't spare anything!

I don’t see a low dose of 12.5-25mg being harmful but aiding in increased protein synthesis

Oh I agree....but most people can't distinguish between what is supplemental....and what I call the "want it now philosophy".

Small amounts can be very beneficial to help "ramp" things up to increase progress across the board......but it doesn't take much more to actually reverse your progress.

So do you think I should start at 12.5 mg and slowly build up to 25mg and cruise at the dose for the remainder of my prep? I just want to use it so my t3 is on the higher end of the normal spetrum. Keep the fat loss coming.

How do I find out what a good supplemental dose is for me? I DO NOT WANT TO OVER DO THIS!

Wow man. Thank you for your experience. Yeah when i used t3 last year it made me constipated and killed all my gains.

12.5mg is a good dose to start. Get bloods, and see where you’re at.
