As of now, I am on a break from working out but next week Monday I will start up. Before I get to my question, It might be good for me to give you some background info. I have been working out seriously for the past 4 months, doing 5X5 routines, hence my forum name. I went from 130ish to over 150. I am bulking/strength training right now. I am 5'6/25 years old. I have a somewhat ecto body. I have not geared up yet. I do not plan on doing it until I reach a hard plateau. My goal is to get to over 160 after this routine.
On to the questions:
1) I will be prealoading creatine starting Wednesday. I will do 3 tablespoons (15 grams) a day for 5 days. Is this fine? Now after the loading phase should I just stick to 5 grams before work out or do 5 grams in the morning then 5 grams before the workout? Which is better?
2) I have 9 bottles of 60 pills each of DHEA that I bought 2 years ago that I never used. Yes, I get the numb numb award. Each pill has 100mg of dehydroepiandrosterone in them. A total of 540 pills. Should I even think about adding this into my diet when I start my routine?
3) I have ON Protein, ZMA, Trib, HMB, Glucosamine & Chondroitin, Milk Thistle, Flax Seed Oil, and Fish oil. Any other recommendations?
The last 4 months I put on 20 pounds and the only supplement I used was ON Protein. Not to mention I gorged my self until I could gorge no more. I am really interested to see how everything goes with supplementing. Thanks for the help!
