Supplements and summer heat

Okay, so I order the majority of my supplements on-line. My questions is with it being so hot this summer, how do you go about order supplements such as: fish oil, ALA, CQ-10...etc? I'm assuming there is a strong possibility of Fish oil melting or losing potency......correct me if I'm wrong.

Not sure but I think the caps or tabs have to be actually exposed to direct sunlight to degrade them?? I have mine overnighted for an extra fee. I order alot of potassuim and b-12 and ala.

I don't think USPS leaves your mail outside sitting in the sun.... Usually indoors in some sort of controlled environment.

Ya, but no one can come up with a definitive answer, and the tests are inconclusive, atleast in my research. Which leads me to believe its more of a precaution.

Ask them to ship it overnight.

I had Omnitrop sent to me via USPS and it was warm when I got it. However, tests show I had a positive response so I am not sure at what temp HGH starts to degrade but mine was pretty warm when I got it and seemed to be fine.

that is true especially if its already reconned(which I don't see why it would be but just saying).

However, GH does take about 10-20 days to get to US so that is when most of the damage would happen but if it was shipped from one state to another then not much should happen(if USPS does not screw things up during shipment, like they usually do).

Supplements will be damaged if they sit in the warehouse forever in the heat. 3-5 days shipping won't damage them.

Also if once you get them if you keep them in a cool dry place they will last longer than their expired date...even PHs(phera plex does degrade over time though so that's an exception).
