Interested on what everyone uses to keep themselves mellow. Not for sleep just for everyday all day.

Supps only please, not pharmaceuticals or "other"
 
L theanine , magnesium maybe

Some use l theanine if using stimulates to keep from to much stimulation so if iver stimulation comes on, wise to carry a l theanine or two with you. Moreover, I think it's best for sleep, and generally take it close to when I lay down to tuck in. It helps put into deeper rem sleep via gaba from what I understand. Caffeine , alcohol and cannabis within 8-12 hours of sleep has been shown to decrease rem sleep. Another powerful drug that needs to be used sparingly, if at all, is phenibut, but I wouldn't recommend it like I would l theanine.
 
Huge fan of ashwagandha... I dose it with my last whole meal of the day, though. Enhanced sleep, and it seems to control my anxiety/stress very well throughout the day as well.
Definitely I take mornings and evenings. Works better for me than most anti-anxiety meds without side effects.
 
Sleepytime Tea Extra 2 bags, with L-dopa 20% and 50mg P5P enhanced about 1 hour before bed . During the day….just staying mindful and eating on-time. I hear some strong herb/perennial Extracts help as well. Holy Sweet Basil, Ashwaghanda, Lemon Balm, Skullcap, California Poppy, Mitragynine , Kava etc

I like CALM it’s Magnesium and high quality CBD. Used to be on all kinds of Rx meds and these aren’t stronger, but they work pretty good.

I’ve used it! That powder with a Blue label and the one I had was pretty tart. It works well and definitely kicked the bowels in the morning, lol

Only ashwaganda and magnesium. Take them in the morning and pre bed. Ashwaganda does kinda numb my emotions a bit. I'm not a very emotional guy to begin with but now even less so. Don't mind it tho.

This seems to happen with some. Almost like an SSRI type effect.
