When you megadose benadryl it becomes an anti anxiety medication called hydroxyzine and is quite effective for calming wrestless agitation, anxiety, and unease. 100mg as needed.

Hydroxyzine put me to sleep for almost 12 full houes, my wife at the time thought I was dead lol

I’ve used it! That powder with a Blue label and the one I had was pretty tart. It works well and definitely kicked the bowels in the morning, lol

That’s good to know because I was sent 2 of those, two “Mag 7” and two Of these
“Calm” is my favorite . I didn’t like Mag 7 because they l didn’t list each mg form
just a total proprietary. Oxy-based is a back (capsules) but is expensive for the actual servings . Sure does make you “GO” right when you wake .

Seems like everyone like’s adaptogenics for anexiety oddly for me I take them for stress but not relaxation more so I can absorb stress and work more.

i dont really understand the "supplement" designation here.
does that mena only what can be purchased in a sup store?
why limit ones self to just this?

Already said been said but Ashwagandha and Lions Mane.

Bought a bottle of each for this psycho I dated because she was always stressed at work. One day she calls me and is saying how she just noticed she was freaking out when normally she would be.

I think it's worth being said it's one of those things you notice when you stop, not while you're taking them.
