I know women have different nutritional needs than men so I just wanted to know what vit/minerals etc. they should use. My wife has recently started working out and is pretty healthy. The only things she's using right now is a mult-vit, vit C and some protein powder. I'm going to start her on Glutamine but id there anything else that she should start using??
