What kind of vitamins/minerals/antioxidants/protectants do you guys run while cycling or just normally?...

I'm looking for a solid multivitamin/mineral, antioxidant combo, liver protectants/cleanser and most importantly something that helps your lipid
profile..

Right now I take centrum silver, flaxseed oil, fish oil, salmon oil, acai berry, saw palmetto, CoQ10, red yeast rice, garlic, alpha lipoeic acid, hawthorn berry extract, livercare, grapeseed complex, 81mg aspirin, selenium, and I think that is it.

Suggestions?
