Any other supplements you guys use for joint pain. I have her using turmeric but was wanting to see if there are others out there that may benefit her...thnx

EFA's and recently added CBD oil to my supplement regimen. Kinda too early to tell if the CBD is actually working but everything that I have read makes it sound really promising

I've read a lot of benefits of cbd oils. Really with the amount of benefits they claim it helps makes me wonder if there is a snake oil salesman in the background.

I recently listened to a podcast with Dorian Yates about CBD oil. It convinced me to at least give it a try. I try not to make any judgement, good or bad until at least 6 months. I'm on month 2

How much do you use daily? Split dose or all at once?

2-3 scoops a day....split up throughout the day

I like Orange Triad as my multi-vitamin as it has glucosamine, chondroiton, MSM etc built into the twice a day multi.

I take all the usual stuff...but will start some TB-500 in the next few days. I don't have any specific injuries.....but just the aches and pains of growing old while trying to continue lifting heavy although I have changed that up some.

But I'm going to see how this stuff feels.

from what i have seen adding this as a sup may help to reverse some of the damage done by test.
test retards collagen synth big time, giving yourself the building blocks to replace should be first step.
then other aids for innflamation if necessary.

curc sucks but it does help

Why is it hard to stick with? Its pretty much flavorless. put it in soup and protein shakes
