Treating some ED issues right now. Cialis and Viagra both work but give me a few mild sides like sinus stuffiness so I'm trying to find
some natural alternatives to help. I've seen studies that show Vit D, Vit C, B3, B9 can all play a role if deficient. L-Citrulline looks promising
but I'm not sure whether to use L-Citrulline or L-Citrulline Malate. Some of the pump products like MA Pump look interesting too since it's loaded
with everything and doesn't contain any stimulants. Would love to hear some additions, tips and ideas from you guys if you have any. This is an issue
almost every man will have at one time or another and maybe if we all team up we can beat this thing, no pun intended ;)

To the OP: for some reason horny goat weed/ tribulus worked too on some degree. I remember reading a study that they both contained a compound that will cause vasodilation in the penis area.

Libido is fine. ED is the issue. Would you suggest Citrulline malate over just citrulline?
Funny you mention the Red beet powder, just started that a few days ago from the advice
of a nurse practitioner friend.

I have tried different dose ranges but lower amounts don't seem to work well for me. I don't respond to Cialis very well. Now Viagra works pretty good
for me but I get the stuffiness and some weird visual issues that I don't like.
 
Oysters are supposed to be a good food for helping a man get his wood!

Article mentions things it contains such as D-Aspartic Acid.
 
As DC said above, I think Beet Root works well. I take a decent dose of it about an hour before a slut comes over if I don't want to deal with the stuffy nose.
 
Im curious about the Citrulline malate. Ive read that your body changes it into L-arginine and nitric oxide. So wouldnt it be the same to take these. Im not near as educated about this as you guys so it would be nice to hear more on this supplement.
 
Does anyone use online prescribing for Viagra and purchasing? Wondering if it legit.
 
i find if i dont eat enough it can have ed sort of effect if i eat good and diet with plenty of fat i am much better. diet is import ant for all.

2 hawthorn caps AM and PM
2 beet root AM and PM
3-4g AAKG

then about 1-2 hour prior to sex etc, I like beet root again and AAKG. Along with a baby aspirin ...
If really needed I’ll hit 20mgs of C.. but it’s not needed ..

This is just a suggestion,
As training athlete on this board, I would rule out the supplements that are typically suggested for ED.
You have more testosterone, better circulation, better possibility for NO(you are getting a pump when lifting aren't you?),stronger heart, more desire than 99% of the folks out there experiencing ED. As a training athlete you do not have classic ED issues.
What you have is more than likely a slight chemical imbalance that is affecting your neurotransmitters. Your body is going into a sympathetic state at the slightest amount of stimulation (Adrenalin, nor...) . You are NOT supposed to be having sex when a bear is chasing you.
To have sex and enjoy it, you must parasympathetic. Sure, you can take a large enought dosage of a PED5 inhibitor or a combination of that will help, but thats band-aiding and attempting to force an erection against it will:sick:.
This has been an age long problem associated with AAS use. There are prescription drugs that help this specific situation, but we tend to go towards better advertised commercial PED5's .Avanafil, seldenafil, tadalafil etc... when we in our category of people should be looking towards apomorphine and its derivatives, some NOT for the faint hearted.

Apomorphine is a novel, oral erectogenic agent taken sublingually. It exerts its effect on hypothalamic centers involved in the triggering of the erection cascade. It dissolves rapidly and results in an erection in in approximately 20 min.

That up there is for better understanding of why an otherwise healthy individual may experience ED.
My suggestion for you is to learn to relax and move into a parasympathetic state.Same for supplements use those that will help you relax.
Off the top of my head, I would think Ashwaghada, valerian, CBD and things along those lines would better help you in this situation.
No medical advise here.

Citrulline raises arginine levels more than arginine itself. Citrulline as opposed to Citrulline Malate since it's the citrulline you're after... besides I've read that most CM is just a mix of the two compounds as opposed to what it's advertised as (fraudulent).

Dopamine boosters might help some ED issues though it's mostly related to libido. Though I have a theory that helping one can help the other. For example some report that Viagra increases libido, which it's not supposed to - but I think if you're rock hard you may feel more horny. Mucuna Pruriens works to a degree IME as it contains L-Dopa which coverts to dopamine. ALCAR has a mild prosexual effect as well IME through neurotransmitters but it can increase blood flow too.

I recommend examine.com for an overview on whatever supps you are curious about.
 
Also remembered Alpha-GPC. I tried this one after reading a report of some older gentleman seeking medical attention for priapism after taking it. I noticed it did work to a degree. Other choline donors might work as well. If anyone tries this one let me know if it works.

DISCLAIMER: I say this without judgement because I've had my ED issues on and off and it's been a pain to nail the exact cause, but I will say, having been on various forums for various hobbies I like, the hardcore bodybuilding forums are the only ones where there's constantly posts on ED and guys taking stacks of supplements before a girl comes over.

Among the "normal peasants" (lol), sex doesn't require that much thought. Girl comes over, you fool around and get it on. Seems like among the more serious bodybuilding crowd, sex is almost like a mini 24 hour contest-prep and if you don't peak right on time it's a flop (pun kinda intended). It shouldn't be like that!

I'm in the boat with ya'll so again, no judgement, but I think if we pinning cattle hormones and research liquids, we are essentially druggies, if we don't sugarcoat it. I'd say, if this is really important to you:

1. Take TRUE TRT (not this 1200-1500ng/dl crap that all these clinics are doing, high normal range 600-800). Estrogen should be at a normal range if you aren't pushing yourself above normal limits, but still keep an eye on it just in case.

2. Really focus on RBC/Hematocrit, blood pressure, resting heart rate (those last two have been a struggle for me)

3. CARDIO!!! Nothing to do with bodybuilding, everyone should be doing 20-40 minutes of moderately intense cardio seven days a week, don't think of it in bodybuilding terms, think of it in terms of brushing your teeth or showering, it's just something you do. The amount of bodybuilders I've seen do a swim or bike ride and they literally look like they are going to die, while their out of shape friends are perfectly fine, is cringe-worthy. True story, I worked for a dude who competed and looked incredible. Got some mountain bikes so he and his girlfriend could go riding, the guy made it around one block and was on the floor gasping for air, while the girlfriend who had never seen a gym in her life and ate whatever she wanted didn't even break a sweat (that's NOT right!).There's all these lame excuses "oh the muscle makes it harder to float, I'm fast twitch", no dude, the fact that you consider 20 minutes on a treadmill at 2.0mph a cardio workout is what's gassing you out. Let me put it this way, you know how we laugh at guys doing curls in the squat rack because they look like morons? Well the cardio guys are looking like that at us because (some) of us think an hour brisk-walk on a treadmill is a grueling cardio workout. I know it's not fun for some of us, but it's just gotta be done.

I'd say diet, but I do believe if you're strong as an ox and have elite endurance, you can slack a bit on diet (a BIT).

I've started to change things because it's just getting ridiculous. I'm not slacking on the weights, but I should put just as equal aggression into cardiovascular work. Low RBC/Hematocrit, heart rate below 60 (50 even better), 120/80 BP MAX. I think if some of us focused on meeting those goals as much as focus on adding 1/4 inch to our calves or 50lbs to our squat, we wouldn't have so many of these "i can't get it up" threads. And yes, that does mean laying off a lot of the stuff we take as well, at least the more damaging compounds.

I say this with love guys cause I'm no better, I've done some stupid shit and I've got a lot of fixing up to do, but at least for the younger guys, I don't want them going down the road that some of us older guys did (I literally remember back in like 1999, some bodybuilding forum that recommended eating gravy and heavy cream all day and avoiding walking around the house too much to not lose mass lol... don't do this)

Surely, figure out whats keeping your E from doing it thing. Is it an aggressive use of AI?, competitive DHT use?. `Too low a T so the aromatase activity is not optimal? `Loosen the reins on the E as libido is VERY dependent on that.
A large number of individuals "feeling better" from HCG co-administration are in fact reporting back on the temporary E spike response.
