getting distal clavical resection next week other known as weightlifters shoulder. my doc. is doing it with an open insision instead of orthoscopicly.. should i ask it to be done ortho? the doctor said the recovery is about 8weeks then ill be able to return to lifting heavy etc etc. anyway was wondering what peptides you guys think i should take to speed up recovery. alredy on hgh so iam sure that will help alot.
