I always use TNE as an additive, like an oral. Ill run an oral for 4 weeks, then 30-50mg a day of TNE for 4 weeks, back to an oral, and so on.
I use it pre workout on trainibg and first thing in the morning on off days.
Your gonna run into estro and BP issues faster on TNE than you will with an esterfied test.

As far as pre-workout, have you guys noticed any additional strength between 50-100mg? Obvious more would seem better but is really?
50-100mg is all you need pre-workout to really see nice strength increase and boost in aggression....I was killing the weight with 50mg tne and 50mg tren base pre-workout....the tren base would actually have me pissed off the weight lol...fun workouts!
And to your question, yes. the 100mg is stronger than the 50mg. Much more pronounced. Like crack cocaine vs powder. But I get way too many sides on 100mg TNE per day and end up injuring myself. Every time.
But I am an old fart, I think more about sides nowadays.
If I was a young buck...I'd hit the 100mg for the results.
Do you get tren cough from tren suspension.
I can't seem to use trenA without the cough. And I know I'm not hitting a vein. I'm just sensitive no matter what I do.
