Hi, this would be my first cycle. I've done month's of research and gave it a lot of thought. I will give my stats and gear info. Please help me if there are better ways to put this cycle.

Age: 19
Years of training: 2.5 on and off
Height: 5'8
Weight: 170 lbs
Bf%: 13%
Vertical Jump: 31' running 27' standing

3 days ago I got x-rayed to get my epiphysial plates checked to see if I have stopped growing completely and yes I have so stunting growth is not an issue. The main reason for doing a cycle is because I need to make my upper body bigger and my explosive strength more powerful. I have specific training for explosive strength that is followed 3 days a week. For another 3 days it's upper body. I'm an athlete and training for my up coming years of competition. Mainly I want to increase my vertical.

The stuff below are the only things I have, I can't get anything else. I got them myself from a pharmacy. They are all human grade, no ugl products. Please any help is appreciated.

Sustanon 250 20 amps 250mg/1ml amp
Dilaprost(finasteride) 5mg 30 tabs
Tamoxifen(nolva) 10mg 250 tabs
Pregnyl(HCG) 5000 iu 3 amps
Roaccutane 20mg 30 jelcaps

wk 1 - 10 susta @ 500mg/wk - 250mg Monday/250mg Thursday
wk 1 - 10 nolva @ 10mg ed
wk 1 - 17 Finasteride @ 1.25 ed

PCT
wk 14 & 15 nolva @ 40mg ed
wk 16 & 17 nolva @ 20mg ed
wk 14 - 16 HCG @ 5000ui every thursday

I'm really scared to get gyno that's why I put 10mg ed. Also I can see my hair decreasing a little, finasteride is for that. I will do quad shots only but I what gauge should I use and how many inches? I have thick thighs. I want to keep as much gains as possible, those we're the only pct supplies I could get. I will start in about 1 month and keep a log on this forum with pictures. My diet will be in check and will monitor blood pressure and liver values, also cholesterol. Any help will be appreciated. Yes, when is the last time you had a complete blood profile. What is your total test??
 
for that kind of explosive power and increasing a verticle i would think that added mass in the upper body would actually hinder what your trying to accomplish. extra weight in your upper body means your legs have to work that much harder to propel you up...its simple highschool physics. i dont train for such things so you may know something i dont and i could be wrong.

At 19 you have no business starting a cycle. Period. I don't give a monkey's ass how many bro's are out there juicing at 17-19 yrs of age, I aint talkin to them, I'm talkin to you.

You say you have been training on and off for 2.5 yrs. This means you have actual training equivelant of about 8 months. Why do you seem to think that you are ready for AAS when you have not finished puberty yet? Your test levels are about to peak at their all time high and you want to go and fuck with your endocrine system before it finishes developing. I really cannot believe how fool hearty you youngsters are these days. No Fucking idea what so ever. Shit if you think I am being hard on you wait till you get side effects from what you are doing at 20 yrs of age. Wait till you can't get a hard on or a girl friend to save your life! Explosive power will no longer be what you want!!

I am telling you for your own good train hard, eat hard, be consistant in the gym for the next 3 years and then see where you are at. You can sit behind your computer picking Zits and cursing me all you want but you will thank me for this down the road. That's if you listen!!!:mad:

I wish some had given me a dose of reality in my 20's. I made it through pretty unscathed but looking back, it was just the roll of the dice.

So logan, listen to what OldFella is saying here and take some time to get things going naturally and do some more research into it.

1) Training 2) Diet/nutrition 4) Rest /Recovery

What have you learned about each? You have maximized nothing at that body weight , at that age and with those years of training. You will get next to nothing out of your "cycle" that is lasting or beneficial other than the aforementioned zits.

I do congratulate you on putting thought into your goals and how to achieve them. You have been given good advice.
