Cypionate is my favorite but I've used a lot of Enanthate over the years! Sustanon, which I just started and haven't used in quite some time, feels easier on my system. I've never just used Prop. I've mixed it with Cyp or Enanthate but not by itself.

I am leaner and less bloated when on enanthate. My diet is relatively clean year round and whenever I run any test blend like a standard sus or omnadren I retain more water when compared to enanthate. Differences in Strength and size gain are negligible between the two.

sust. E3D is best for me. Test E. levels start to drop by day 4 so again test E E3D or E4D minimum. just depends what ester your body responds better to.

i dont like sus simply for the prop ester. sus always killed my inj sites. enanthate and omna's never did. i had real legit omnas from europe back in the late 90s. actually i think i made a post about it awhile back, found some old omna amps that i still havent used. sealed so they still gotta be good.

I like to alternate them. Sustanon or a mix with short and fast esters being my favorite.
After that as far as single ester id say- cyp, enan, then prop.
My favorite as far as results is test suspension. But its not worth it to me as an old man to
fight with the daily shots, clogging etc.

Sust twice a week for me yields the best overall results. Omnas, back in rhe say when I had to get them from a guy in the gym, were amazing.
Or maybe they weren't and it's just nostalgia. Lol it was a long time ago.
