I don’t think it matters in most situations. I had a coach in 2023 that was big on Sustanon and kick starting with prop so that’s what I did. And continued in my 2024 prep. The coach I used for that prep did not like Sustanon because he said it was too long to make quick adjustments with he preferred cyp or E.

From that point going forward I’ve used only cyp. I had experiences in the past using E I just found it had a ton of PIP even from good sources where I had no issues with other compounds. Cyp I’ve found to be totally pain free. Outside of that I think test is test you’re not going to find a ton of variability between the three I would just inject the Sustanon every other day or Monday Wednesday Friday at minimum but that’s more out of habit I doubt even that makes a significant difference.

Enanthate was always my favorite. I don't use it anymore because of the possibility of PIP.
Whomever could make and carry a painless Enanthate would probably make a fortune. I know cypionate and Enanthate are close esters on half life just always blew up on Enanthate. My second favorite is propionate but based on it being a painful ester on its own I always mix with cypionate as legit pharm sustanon is hard to come by.

The old Sustanon and what a lot of guys are making today are different animals but same concept. I take it EOD and have been for awhile. If your source is good you will be happy.

I grow just fine on today's version of Sust but as my OG brothers have said, there was nothing like the Sustanon of old. I popped hundreds of amps in my glory days, the best test there was in my book.

Like others I have a sweet spot in memory for sustanon in the old days. I liked how fast it kicked in (prop in there) and how it felt. I do kind of miss it sometimes but I also wonder if I'd feel the same as my memories from when it was new to me and I was young. Maybe I'll mess with it someday again. Pretty much just Test E and C these days.

Yeah thats a nope, first time on a gram of test special, first time running tren ace eod for 6 weeks special, all those things are special because they where a first, first time breakin the 225lbs barrier as a 5,5" dude special. The brain makes things seem better in our memory and worse sometimes, talk to people with PTSD etc the mind is a curious thing and we still dont know everything about it, we have ideas and theories but everything is far far far away from locked in. People here talkin abot how 2 amps of sus use to blow them up thats a memory, if you gave them the same sus today they would claim to be bunk in 50% of the cases prob the other 50% would admit to them self that they just remembered it better then it actually was.

I haven't used Test E. specifically in many, MANY years but, really?
I don't remember 'crippling pain' at all from different places/brands whether pharm. grade or other...Not even pain from most widely known short esters.

So, what gives that I'm missing other than everyone is different?

A lot of test E around 2018 started causing PIP. Something in manufacture process or some people's processes changed. Some finished product was showing up and hurt like hell. Also some raws. Oddly it started happening that initially painless raws, a year or months later turned into painful.

I had an absolutely painless batch of raws. Whole thing got brewed and split among 3 people. Around 3 years later it started to sting. Another year and became painful albeit not horrible - same experience and timing across all 3 people who were far apart and stored it correctly (separate 10ml vials and larger media bottles). Purity tests were fine. I'd guess over time the ester is coming off. Never goes out of solution though. No idea though a few have walked us through the science of what's happening.

Good conversation on an old school topic. I just switched from E to P. I've come full circle. 10 - 15 years ago I used P exclusively then switched to E because I just got burned out with pinning EOD with a 23g pin. Ran E almost exclusively for the last 5 years at 2x per week. In the last year and a half I've been experiencing serious PIP from E where before I never experienced PIP at all. I fall into a growing number of guys that are now experiencing PIP from E. I could speculate as to why, but not worth it. I've been off for the last 6 months, decided to take a good break after being on for years, high TRT+ doses year round. This week I just started back up at a true TRT dose with P. Out of the gate feeling good with micro dosing ED with a shorter 25g pin.

I have a reason for reverting back to Prop. I can use smaller gauge pins for ED micro dosing. I've been battling to get my hematocrit down to get a legit script. Over and over again I've been reading to manage your hematocrit while on TRT go to ED micro dosing. This blunts the blood serum spikes from pinning along with keeping blood levels very even. I'm going to give it a shot and see what happens with my hematocrit. If I wasn't experimenting with ED micro dosing using P, I would just switch to C from E and continue my 2x week protocol I've used for years.
