I thought that was found to be false? How can it be more stable than cyp shot twice a week? I'm sure you are right just curious of reason?

Sust is best taken in smaller more frequent shots. 3x weekly at least (I will be doing 125MG EOD). This way the short esters get replenished as they break down, whereas 2 injections a week, you would have more fluctuation. Administered twice weekly, cypionate would be the more stable compound. The long esters break down at a slow rate , so you could even do 500mg in one blast once weekly, and it would be just as stable as if you had split it into 2 injections. Sust needs to be split into smaller injections for the best results

It's not false it's why it was designed...research it and how each ester picks up as on falls off

You won't know till you try. Guy A can tell you he pins sust once a week and is fine. Guy B can tell you he pins ED and that's the only right way to do it. Looking at the compound I'd personally go ED or EOD as there is no penalty for doing your shots too frequently. Decide on a dosing frequency and adjust as needed. So you wanna start twice a week do that, even if my own and others opinions are contrary.
