When is anti estrogen needed. On my previous 9 week cycle I took no anti estrogens and had 0 side effects. Are they neccesary in my case since in past cycles I had 0 estrogen side effectsl
Also I am training to be an mma fighter and I wanted to know about equipoises benefits as it does increase red blood cellls.

if you dont get side there no reason to take an anti e, keeping one on hand i always a smart move just in case they do manifest themselvs...

eq has been shown to increase red blood cell count, but so have a lot of over the counter supps too...

Well, some peeps like to reserve it for down time after a cycle.. while others are more likely to use it during to compensate for possible conversion of testosterone.

I run low on natural scale, so having that extra benefit helps me out during and after a cycle. But it also depends on your anti-e. There's a few that have a longer lasting effect so it can be better to wait until you're on your off schedule. It sort of makes an easier kickback, keeping it steady for a while. But of course, there's other factors to take in. And like the previous said, it can come down to symptoms, what your body is telling you and taking one less thing even if it's recommended isn't necessarily a bad situation.

But yeah.... seems more in use with the heavy hitters and the pre-25 crowd.
