Cut them into fries, little olive oil, sea salt and cinnamon, bake them and then you got yourself some sweet potato fries to go along with a nice burger of course

Love sweet potatoes. I microwave mine and eat as is. Or slice them up and bake in the oven with cinnamon

Walden Farms cal free syrup mixed in with mashed sweet potatoes is the shizzzz!!

I just chop mine up in little cubes and fry it in coconut oil, tastes amazing!!

Boil them or microwave them... Then drown them in cinnamon

I microwave to cook, mash up a little and add coconut sugar on top, great healthy "dessert" with a meal.

Same here, tastes fine to me however I tend to go overboard once I start eating for taste. If I get that ball rolling its a pain to stop so I tend to not get to involved with flavors when dieting. That's just me though self control is part knowing what makes me lose control.
