Swelling question

Im assuming its from the injection since it happened the day after... i injected outer bis, and the next day the bend in my left arm and right above and below it in lower bi and upper forearm are extremely sore and swollen. Its now the next day and seems to bea a tiny bit easier to bend and move but still hurts and is swollen and bruised looking... do you think its just from the oil spreading down there and it swelled up? Still pretty fresh with bi injects.. only like 3rd or 4th.. just wanting to make sure ita just from the inject..

I'd take some OTC anti-inflammatory medication just in case.
