I need to replace around 144 gram protein with something less filling.
I can't seem to eat more than a pound of chicken breast per day. So I was supplementing 144 grams protein from whey in addition to the 1 pound of chicken.
A few things :
1. Whey really bothers my stomach ( even the "great" brand here.)
2. Red meat is way too filling and hurts my stomach
3.ive used eq and ghrp and such (the hunger doesnt help)
I was considering the following..
Egg white protein (whole egg gives me issues as well)
Or Essential Amino acids.
I was hoping for the cheapest option.
I was also considering fish as its less filling for me.
Can anyone help me?
