Switching Up Cardio

When you guys and gals are dieting, and using cardio as a tool, do you tend to stick with one cardio machine or do you switch it up to shock your body? I notice since I've been getting back on the treadmill it's a breeze now, I tried the stair stepper and even though the machine says I burned less calories I felt I burnt alot more just due to the difficulty and exhaustion of the excersice. So my question is, is it a good idea to change it frequently or just stick to one?

Second question, when you folks are doing low intensity cardio, is it a bad idea to put the treadmill in a high incline. I've been getting a lot of mixed reviews on this and was just hoping to clear the confusion. Thanks in advance.

I stick to the stairs or the treadmill. The key is not leaning on the equipment....I try not to touch anything at all and it seems to be about 30% harder than when I merely have my hands on the bar that takes your heart rate. On the treadmill I put it up at a 15% incline at 2.5 mph. Again not holding on makes it tougher

You need to tell them PLANG that you stay lean as hell the entire year. lOL;)

Mainly because I have a 800 meter runners body trying to be a body builder....u were looking pretty lean the other day...that vascularity of urs is sure to scare some women and small children!

Do you even do cardio?? I have never seen it LOL and you are 250 lbs (Give or take) with a full set of abs!!!!!!!!!:headbang:

In the "offseason" no....but I should to stay healthy...I feel so much brmetter now doing 20-30 mins before breakfast....more energy...mentally alert.
