Swollen bicep

On my 8th week of Test C. Been mostly pinning my quads and butt but decided to switch it up and shoot 1.5 cc's into my left bicep. The injection actually hurt which was strange because previous injections have never hurt anywhere. I massaged the area after to make sure the oil dispersed. My bicep started to swell up and become sensitive that Monday night. It is now Friday morning and still swollen red and pretty sensitive to the touch. It is actually pretty difficult to straighten my arm all the way out. im really thinking about goin to an Urgent Care clinic and asking for them to get me some amoxicillin. It sounds alot like another thread i read where Phil told a guy he had "cellulitis." i am not happy about this at all. i have never pinned my biceps before and am currently staying at my gf's parents house. this is not going to be fun


i am in a bind right now. does anyone know how much thats costs? i just recently quit my job and dont have health insurance right now and dont really want to ask my parents if i am still on theres. is urgent care the best option?

If it's been that long I would get it checked out ASAP. I had a case of cellulitis from a glute injection last year and it was a horrible experience. 1.5cc may be a bit of high volume seeing as you've never injected biceps, so maybe it's just irritation, but better safe than sorry.

Hey bro go to a urgent care which should be cheeper then a ER walk-in... If it hurts that bad go asap!!!!

I dont know if it is that serious thats not that long for it to be swollen up for ur first injection in the bicep at 1.5 cc is alot it makes sense that it would still help take bayer or Ibprophen and it will be fine

yep, went to the Urgent Care this afternoon. Told i take B12 shots and he said i had cellulitis. Gave me an antibiotic shot as well as a prescription for Bactrim. hopefully im over this thing in a week or so. i took my arm day off this week to try and fight this little battle my body is in
