fever is 100% certain you have an infection. You need to get some strong antibiotics man asap.

No need to panic. It could be a serious infection but highly unlikely unless you can barely walk and have high fever etc... Either way seeing the doctor is a good idea. The only issue I would see moving forward would be that if he documents the reason for your visit which he will, your insurance company will find out about it along with any other health insurance you may get in the future. May cause issues with your coverage.

Update:


So here's what went down. The nurse checked everything and my body tempreture was 98.6 but my heart rate was 96 and BP was normal.

So the doctor looked at it and I told him EVERYTHING...BUT the injection. So I told him when the pain started and that I had lost my car keys so I had to walk a lot around the campus trying to find them and blah blah blah


He checked everything and was like it's an infection but not pus or anything. The cool thing is that he didn't ask anything about injection at all. Like he said anything could of cause it even a bug bite. He outlined the infected area with a pen and said that if it grows after a week of Antibiotics to call him because it might have turned into pus but that is not likely.

Cool thing is that I have gained some of my old size back but I started my cycle on Sunday. But I haven't gone to the gym since Monday due to the fact that I had lost my keys. So he knew I had gained some weight, he knows I workout, he saw an infection spot, he said nothing about steroids or injections.
