Swollen leg following quad shot

If it is indeed the oil, yes it will be absorbed over time.

Have you had experience of the oil sitting under the skin and if so how long approx to see it dissepate.

My wife goes to earlier than me as shes got some health issues so I pin then and I'm a novice user as you can tell by my predicament.

I'm convinced its just the oil sitting under the skin as after all i shot it and can see where I messed up looking back.

Swelling across full leg is down some more with a little redness around the lump and it's the best its looked. Antibiotics seem to be doing a good job.

At Hosp at 10 am, I'll keep you posted, fingers crossed no scalpel and just see out the weeks worth of meds.

Like everyone else said. If it's red or hot to touch go to the er. If not. Just swollen give it a day or so with some anti inflammatory

i had a knot in my outer left quad few weeks ago from bad inject. was swollen then when swelling went done there was a visible knot. I was pissed. told my wife it basically makes my side chest shot look like I obviously shot oil in my quad. was pissed and worried it wouldn't go away. @10 days later it was gone. I suspect the near exact thing is happening to you.
these docs that want to cut on you and pack it sound... wreckless. I am NOT a doctor so not telling you what to do, but what I did was wait and it was all good.
currently have a right swollen glute. hurts like a mofo....

Iv had a tear drop shot swell up so bad I could barly bend me leg. It didn't look infected so I left it alone. Went away in about 2 weeks.
