Hey guys glad to be able to log my current prep as I’m 9 weeks out of the Arnold amateur and then have 3 more shows right after with the last one being the April 25th.

Currently 212 will be top of light heavy class
cardio: 7 days a week fasted for 40 min on stairmaster on level 8 then 5 days a week I do a Pm session of 20 min level 7 on non leg days
training:
d1- hams/glutes
d2- back biceps
d3- chest delt triceps
d4 off fasting day til 10 pm then 1700 cal meal
d5- legs
d6- pump chest and back
d7- pump arms and delts
prior to all cardio sessions doing 3 sets of abs with 10 min of vacuums and then 10 min of posing post cardio
at the end of every training session I do 3 sets of round hyperextensions and abduction for additional glute work and targeted fat loss

supps:
like a pro burn away-2 caps pre cardio
10 mg of additional yohimbine hcl
eod I do 1 shredabull
vasoburn applied 2 times per day
clen 60 daily
t3 12.5 am and pm
t4 100 am
inject l carn at 9 ml daily
1 adex eod
20 nolvadex eod
1000 Metformin daily
humatrope 6 daily with 4 generic
sust 100 eod
test prop 100 eod
tren Ace 75 eod
mast p 75 eod
anavar 25 am and pm
proviron 25 am and pm
150 primo eod
lantus was dropped today

last prep I was in light heavies weighed in 193 then took a 1/4 Diazyde and was 174 morning of show dry and hard but extremely flat and stringy

Looking good.. good luck with your prep, you do need more practice on your posing.
 
Still cranking, took last 3 cardio sessions off to clear inflammation temporarily as we push harder.

My 4 mod carb days have been lowered to just trace fats and 135 g carbs to 150 g

cardio now 45 min fasted 7 days then 30 min in evening 5 days

winny will be thrown in this week, proviron and anavar will be increased this week

Been on my low carb days since Tuesday versus having my high days every 2-3 days

Had high day today. Evening cardio switched to spin hiit intervals for 15 rounds 15 sec all out 45 sec moderate. At 39 days out 206-208
