I'm assuming it's stored at room temperature, I could have sworn I've seen it on a thread before saying that's correct but couldn't find it. Thanks in advance. I always forget how stupid easy water based stuff is to inject lol

I got my about a week ago keeping it at room temperature. Haven't noticed any extra energy or appetite what about you?

I literally just got mine in today and did one shot, I don't expect it to be a huge giant boost in energy. I deff didn't get it for the appetite increase lol...I can eat plenty on my own lol...I mainly bought it because B12 has a ton of great health benefits, but a bit of extra boost in energy will be nice...I'm dieting down a bit hard right now lol

I keep mine at room temperature in a cupboard. I may give it another go as the bottle has been there awhile. I definitely feel a boost from it.
