SYNTHEPURE - I JUST LOVE IT!

Almost every protein powders I have ever tried clumps. So does Synthapure
when you first pour liquid in there - unless liquid is already in there and you
are stirring as you put the powder in ...

But with a shaker that's a non issue almost. Shake and leave for a minute it
will be smooth as, as long as there is enough liquid in there.

From my experience the only times clumping happened is when the water was
super cold (room temperature seems to be best for dissolving quickly) or if I
didn't shake long enough and drank it straight away.

Either way even IF there is some clumping as long as you have mixed it with
something flavoured (juice, milk, almond milk and even water with cocoa
powder - which is how i have it) it always just takes on the taste of whatever
its mixed with.

If you are stirring synthepure into liquid already in the glass, cup or whatever you shouldn't have to worry about any clumps. I add other stuff to my protein shakes and blend so I never deal with any clumps.
