SynthePure You Gotta Be Kidding Me

I have just started adding this back in after not using it much for ages. I have started getting packs of chicken that work out around 35g protein so I usually add in 1 tablespoon of synthepure with a tiny bit of water to that meal. I have been out all day and haven't got in as much protein as I wanted so gonna have 4 tablespoons of synthepure with a handful of nuts before bed right now. Definitely my fav protein source for this purpose. If I want something to go with my oats I usually go with peanut butter and cereal milk ghost whey for that. For quality of protein and no crappy additions nothing beats synthepure though.

So the Yield is %96. That's pretty damn good.

It's definitely legit...I remember DC and Big A talking about the supplier (top tier, I believe they both had contracts with them at one time?) years back, but I don't remember who it was?!

I have been using synthepure a lot more recently and it's much better than my other whey proteins. I have a 97% whey isolate from another company that appears very fine. However when you mix it up it foams so much and as a result has a weird taste. Recently for my post workout meal I have been using synthepure in coconut milk with a rice based cereal (usually coco pops) and it's a great high calorie (protein and carbs) meal to refill muscle glycogen and aid in muscle growth and repair. I am growing and really pushing the macros post workout so usually get in about 70g protein and 150g carbs combined with insulin and synthetine.
