Get fat free muffin mix and just add the SynthePURE to it. Protein muffins - eat them all day! LOL

My appetite has gone to shit and I've only been back training just over 6 weeks - I might have to get some of those muffins going I think.

And SynthePURE is pretty much the only unflavoured pure whey that you can mix straight into a normal cup of water and chug instantly. Can't say any of the retail brands I've had do that (they tend to turn like WPC or glue at first). IronMike

Just trying to spread the word on a good supplement. I have good motives here, do you? Glad you are here, I was getting bored seeing all the positive, insightfull posts that everybody else has added. Its a refreshing change of pace to see this nonsense.

I havent tried synthepure yet, but do have some pure whey that I just mixed with fat free sugar free banana creme pudding. It is the bomb diggity! Also made some lo carb muffins that didn't turn out so hot, but will keep trying new recipes.
And ditto Phil, it is refreshing to see negative posts that don't contribute to the board in anyway.
