Synthergine and Synthelamin

I just purchased Synthelamin and Synthergine. My questions are 1. How do I use Synthelamin? Do I inject or orally ingest this product. I'm getting mixed reviews. Some say because it's so "potent" that it doesn't get destroyed in the gut as easily as most B-12 products. I have no problem injecting but if I could avoid it I would 2. Same question for Synthergine. Should I inject it or orally ingest it. I would think to take it orally so it can pass through the liver.

You have to inject the Synthelamin. Otherwise it would not work.

Synthergine works the same injected or swallowed. Your choice.
