How much Tylenol can you take while on Synthergine?

I assume you can exceed the recommended dose?

Trying to avoid taking any opiates or narcotics post surgery.

Tylenol is only going to do so much for you pain management wise...Synthergine may help you take a few more in but I wouldn't be relying on Tylenol for post surgery.

@Bio has experience with surgeries...Maybe he can give you some of ideas to help with the pain?!

I wouldn't take tylenol post surgery if the pain was bad. It's more for mild pain such as headaches (not cluster etc). Obviously you can dose high but it's not worth it imo. I would just recover naturally but if you need something take something stronger that you don't have to mega dose (toxic) for it to be somewhat effective. I would recommend BPC-157 and TB-500 as they are amazing for recovery and inflammation. I have just used them for my lower back. For pain I like certain things but it depends on the pain. Nothing is better for me that diazepam but that's more for it's muscle relaxing properties which you wouldn't need. For pain I prefer codeine if you don't count the really strong stuff. I was given liquid morphine for my back and it done nothing for me so it can vary. Tylenol can be useful in certain situations but more as a booster with something stronger and if your pain isn't that bad I would just go without anything. Synthergine is great though and always useful for optimal health.

I say this as reality is no one will be able to provide a safe or reliable numerical answer. I wouldn’t run it to use more Tylenol.
