This has been great again for me recently. I had a few heavy nights and when I drink this the whites of my eyes go bright white. There is no mistaking it for me either because they don't look like that normally. I generally live a healthy lifestyle most of the year but I see the difference when I use this especially at a higher dose for a few days straight.
