Syntherol and Triceps

First off I'd like to say Hi, I'm new and I apologies now for any of my shortcomings.

Anyway I was reading up a lot on Syntherol and was hoping to get a bit in my arms after the new year. Then I looked up the tricep protocol, it seems a tad difficult in locating the 'heads' I'm meant to be injecting into. I'm well into a bulking phase and any definition I had has practically gone :cheeky:sm and I was hoping to get it done then with biceps. I may wait for my summer cut before I try triceps unless there's a few pointers available? Cheers!

In all honesty you should be able to see the heads regardless of whether you are bulking or not and if the heads are not defined enough imo you are probably not ready for Syntherol.....

I am assuming you are referring to the back triceps heads...Those are the top and bottom that create a horseshoe with the outer head...I would suggest posting a pic of your arm and then someone can copy the photo and doctor it to show the exact spots you need to inject.....

arm and get it into the position from which you will be pinning so that you don't
lose the spot.
