I am a brand new member. Came on the board as I heard there were many real syntherol users around so I 'll go straight to my question: I intend to do my biceps hoping to gain not more than an inch of muscle. Please could anyone tell me which routine sounds better as an alternative to the recomended classic routine: 1ml ED for 10 days followed by 1.5ml ED for 20 days or 1ml ED for 20 days followed by 1.5ml for the remaining 10 days for each muscle?
