Syntherol for Pecs?

i have tried all sorts of exercises for bench, different reps, negs, drop sets, rest pause..etc...its soo stubborn!

Try build your lifts to a 405 incline and 180 db bench press... do whatever split or rep range... it doesn´t matter as long as it brings you there.
 
I still cant find any logs of people who have done this for pecs.

If i do this ill be using an insulin needle as i believe this will reduce scar tissue a lot
 
Can you post up a pic of your "under developed" chest? and your current routine.
 
My routine now is..

Decline Bench 3 sets 8-12reps last set rest pause style
Weighted dips 3sets 8-12 reps
Incline Dumbell Press 3 sets 8-12 reps drop set
Flys 3 sets 6-12reps
Cross Overs/Pec Dec 15reps plus x 2 sets

Static Fascia Stretch 45s -1min hold.

My chest is slightly pumped here too..as i took this when i got home after training chest.
 
Dude, you look great. Keep working at it and be patient, my chest didnt do shit for 3-4 years and then it really started blowing up. Go heavy. Thanks, Phil H!
 
I may not be the best judge, but it looks proportionate to the rest of your upper body (or what we can see in the picture)

You may have a skewed view of yourself.

When asked how long you have been training..your reply was "ONLY" been training seriously for 3 years. Exactly ONLY 3 years...You look decent in your pic. You really need time to grow. The size and strength will come. The best thing you can do at this point is hire a board trainer. There are so many awsome trainers here that WILL help you acheive your goals. Forget the syntherol for now...maybe buy some Synthelamin to increase your appetite, and Synthepure for muscle recuperation and growth. These are the best ways you can spend your money at this point..well besides some test! :D

There you go. I am willing to bet you are overtraining your chest and undereating.

Could you list your current diet and gym routine (be honest).
