Syntherol swelling?

I've previously used Syntherol on my calves in 2006 and had great results. Kept nearly 2 inches. Now I'm doing another protocol. I'm 6 days in and worked up to only 3cc per calf. I have very high calves. Think a softball on a baseball bat. The swelling has gotten so bad that not only do I have cankles, but my feet are swollen. I'm going to take a couple days off to let the swelling subside. Any recommendations as to how I should begin again? Should I be icing them to keep swelling down? I keep them elevated as best I can. I am using 25g 1 1/2" syringes.
I'm considering doing 3cc maybe 2 hours prior to training calves 3 times a week.

Obviously it's a much more traumatic experience this time around - have you done no injections in them this time around before the Syntherol, so they were not accustomed to the shots? Did you take it easy on them lately, so the injections are too much trauma at once?
Regardless, just lower the dosage until you get used to it.

I agree with BA...Lower the dose until you have things back in order then begin upping it again slowly.....

I appreciate it. It's been several months since I've injected anything into them. Even then it was only small doses of Igf. Syntherol is the only product I can use in my calves and not get cellulitis.

Just swelling or both red and hot? Just swelling usually means = ok. Swelling + red and hot = not good/abcess.

There is some slight redness / discoloration, but it is not infected. It's not warm or anything. It just appears very swollen and inflammed. I think it's likely that I jumped to this dose too quickly.

I have zero hard areas or lumps and have not had problems placing the injections. This has gone smooth as butter other than the swelling

Sounds just like trauma. Lower the dose until they get used to it.
