Year before last I tore my right Bicep (inner head) , wasn't a complete detachment and the Dr talked me out of surgery claiming that it would be easier to rehab than cut it and have complications with it later.

So fast forward now my right bicep is significantly shorter than the left which has short insertions anyways:banghead:

So my question is would using Syntherol in that bicep help bring it up to a respectable condition compared to the left arm.

Here is a picture from several months back but you can see bicep in the arm on the right (my left) is way shorter

Yes, many have used it successfully for that. Some posted.

It will definitely work.

Just be careful of the needle size you use, for anything too long would make you mistakenly inject outside the targeted area (which is obviously pretty small), and that in turn would promote oil leakage between the skin and your muscle.

25g 5/8'' sounds about right here. :)

Seems crazy that it would work but I believe the reputable characters that replied already. PLEASE keep a log if you do this!

It would be a stellar ad for syntherol if it provided noticeable improvements and near matched the other side.

I have heard of guys using it for that purpose but don't personally know anyone who has. It's definitely worth a try and you wouldn't need many bottles to find out if it worked. I agree with Phidias about the needle size and 25-26 5/8 sounds about right.

How would it fill the lower area?

How would it fill the lower area?

Gunsmith should start by injecting the middle area, which will slowly "push" (stretch) muscle tissue both down (his goal) and to a lesser extent to the top. Then, as the lower part steadily fills out day after day, he can move down and pin closer to the elbow.

:)

Since the tear happened years ago you don't have to worry any about disrupting the healing process so it would be a good time to try. I used it to gain more peak on my biceps and I swear even today, more than 10 years later and a heart attack/not much training, my biceps still have more peak. I only did one run of it too.

I am following this since I have the exact same thing. Mine has been torn for over a year. Because of my age the insurance would not cover the surgery.

So then wouldn't he use a 1" 25ga pinning just below the mid point of the peak closer to elbow joint and rotating down each side of each muscle belly?

So I did that exact same thing, that just like mine, mine came off completely, but there is a ligament that comes off the side of the tendon sheath that stayed attached and so it didn't roll all the way up. My surgeon says that is rare but sometimes happens. Did you get an MRI?

And cut it? They can attach it exactly how it was before, you can also get a biceps tendon transplant...

That's indeed precisely how I'd be doing it! :)

Considering Gunsmith's size (big dude :p), 25g 1" for the NON atrophied upper to middle parts of the biceps sounds actually better than 25g 5/8", that I would be keeping for the low middle to down portion.

And of course, rotating from the inner to outter head is the way to go. :)
