I did take pics before but when do u really see results,
I feel it when I leave the gym and when u wake up but I haven't seen really results

Results like anything else will be directly influenced by diet and routine. The products will help you along for sure but the tighter everything else is the better your results.

2 Bottles of each should be enough to see results IMO. I have always used one bottle and seen results.
