Syntheselen for women !

Okay guys my better half has decided she was interested in B12 she has heard many things about increased energy and other benefits . So I bought some syntheselen and will be administering 2 cc . I will report back on how things are going .
If anybody else has experience I'd like to hear there stories as well.

Syntheselen is great for men and women. If she is after b12 then synthelamin would have been best. Although syntheselen contains b12 too amongst other things. How is it going so far? Have the injections been ok? Syntheselen can sting but it never usually lasts more than 1 hour for me.

It can be done both ways. But with syntheselen I would recommend IM due to the volume of the shots and the fact it can sting alittle.
