its hard to say because i see myself everyday. Tomorrow will be two weeks and havent notice anything dramatic yet. hopefully its just starting to kick in. I had another two bottles come in to stay on it and see, maybe go higher dose if not much after another week or so

Diet is in check, I usually always eat clean.

bumped it up in dose the last 3 days and seem to notice a difference this morning. Went away for the weekend and sunday wasnt the best eating day but seem to be leaner today.

bumped it up to 15ml split 3 x's a day with the synathetine to see

Hoenstly havent noticed the dramatic results I thought i would see. still been doing the higher dose like ive read about.

5cc's of syntheselen a day and 18cc's of synthetine.

Ive noticed my usual leaner look from eating clean the last couple of months. Not sure if im doing something wrong or just doesnt work well on me. Still have two bottles of synthetine left and going to keep hitting it.

And diet is spot on. Ive always stayed lean just put a little ab fat on over the holidays and being 43 not as easy to get off now. Been off GH(waiting for some blacktops to come in) for about 10 weeks now and only my HRT for the first time in 12 yrs so its not as easy to stay shredded.

any advice Big A or Big Chief?

I was hoping you would have great results from the stack as others have. Following this one, as I would like to run this as well.
